School News this Month

6. 2006 Science Fair Set To Begin

Our Annual St. Teresa of Avila School Science Fair will take place during the weeks of March 28 and April 3, 2006 All students in grades Kindergarten through Eighth are required to participate in this event. Students will be responsible for deciding on their own project using the approved list of science projects they will receive from their teachers. Kindergarten, First and Second grades will create a class project. Third, Fourth and Fifth graders will be able to do individual or group (limited to 3 students) projects. Sixth, Seventh and Eighth graders must do individual, independent projects. All projects will represent 1/3 of the students science grade for the Third Trimester of this school year.
